Function description:
1. The host machine adds the upper-wheel servo drive. There are 3 groups / 5 groups / 6 groups / 8 groups to choose from, making the paper corner protection more standard.
2. The host has 8 sets of 10 sets of 12 pressure rollers that rotate coaxially.
3. Mitsubishi inverter, Mitsubishi servo motor, Mitsubishi touch screen, Mitsubishi PLC man-machine interface. Simple operation and easy to learn.
4. The production operation is fully digitalized, and the production specifications are input into the touch screen in batches, the production quantity is monitored, and the machine is automatically shut down after completion.
5. Automatic alarm, fault prompt and convenient maintenance.
6. Punching and creasing device can be installed on the corner protection production line, which can punch corners with a side width of 30 ~ 80mm. 90-degree punch, 90-degree buckle punch, 5 ~ 90 degree surround punch are commonly used).
7. According to the customer's requirements, the functions of paper corner protection and cardboard dual use can be combined in one production line.
